Delete your account

This page is for people who book appointments through LNC Bookings or a salon's LNC Pro Suite booking page. LNC Bookings and LNC Pro Suite are published by EICCIO Technologies LLC.

Own a salon, or work at one, and sign in to LNC Pro Suite? Delete a salon or staff account.

How to ask

• Use the form below. You do not need the app or an account to send it.
• Or, if you are signed in to LNC Bookings, open You and choose Delete my account. That deletes the account straight away.
• Or email [email protected] with the number you book with.

What is deleted

• Your LNC Bookings account, and the name you gave it.
• Your sign-in. The number can no longer be used to open the account, and the links between the account and your appointments are closed.
• Marketing from EICCIO Technologies LLC stops. We keep a note that you said no, so that you are not contacted again.

What is kept, and why

• Each salon's own record of your appointments: your name, number, the service, the time and any payment. Those are the salon's business records, and the salon decides what to keep. We pass your request on to the salons you name, and you can also ask a salon directly.
• A salon's own marketing list. If a salon sends you offers, reply STOP to its messages or ask the salon to remove you.
• A closed record of the account, showing that it existed and was deleted, with the number marked as no longer able to sign in.
• Security logs, which hold a scrambled form of your number rather than the number itself.
• Backups. Earlier copies of our data are kept on our own systems and are not edited. Ask us and we will tell you what exists.

What happens next

A person at EICCIO Technologies LLC reads every request. We contact you on the number you gave to confirm the request came from the person who uses it, then carry it out and tell you when it is done. If we cannot confirm it is you, we tell you and delete nothing, because a number on its own does not prove who is asking.
