Delete a salon or staff account
This page is for salon owners and staff (managers, technicians and chair renters) who sign in to LNC Pro Suite, on the web or in the LNC Pro Suite app. LNC Pro Suite is published by EICCIO Technologies LLC. If you book appointments as a customer, use Delete your account instead.
How to ask
Salon owners. Email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in, and give the name of the salon. Send it from the address you sign in with. Deleting the salon account deletes the whole salon, including every staff login.
Staff. Ask the salon owner. In Staff & permissions, the owner can set you to No access (cannot sign in), which ends your sign-in straight away. Your name and the appointments and work recorded against you stay in the salon's records, because they are the salon's business records. They are deleted when the salon account is deleted.
Before you ask, download your data. Owners can take a copy first from Export your data in LNC Pro Suite. Once a salon is deleted, the copy cannot be made.
What is deleted
- The salon account: the salon's details, the owner login and its bank and payment settings.
- Staff logins for that salon.
- Client records the salon holds: the client book, notes and preferences.
- Bookings, and the payment records attached to them.
- Messages: team chat and the salon's conversations with its customers.
- Talk records, except any that an open dispute depends on (see below).
What is kept, and why
- Talk records under an open dispute. A Talk record that an open dispute depends on is kept, with its messages, while the dispute is open. It is not deleted with the rest of the salon. When the dispute closes and the hold is lifted, it is deleted at once.
- Our billing records: what the salon was charged and paid for LNC Pro Suite. These are EICCIO Technologies LLC's own accounts, and deleting an account does not erase an invoice.
- A record of your request and a deletion certificate, showing what was deleted and when, so we can prove the request was carried out.
- Customers' own LNC Bookings accounts. A customer's account belongs to that person, not to the salon, so it is not deleted with the salon. Customers can delete their own at Delete your account.
- Backups. Earlier copies of our data are kept on our own systems and are not edited. Ask us and we will tell you what exists.
What happens next
A person at EICCIO Technologies LLC reads every request and replies by email. We tell you what will happen and when, offer you a copy of your data first, then carry out the deletion and tell you when it is done.
